After your Data Access Request (DAR) has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation containing instructions on how to sign into the data portal website: https://portal.dpuk.ukserp.ac.uk/

To get access to your data and project space within the data portal, you need to connect to the data portal first. To connect to the data portal you must install the VMware Horizon Client. You can download the client for your operating system from the following link: https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/downloads/info/slug/desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_horizon_clients/horizon_8

Once you have the client installed, get back to the portal page and click on the ‘Launch Platform’ from the left hand side options as shown in the image below. Once you click this it should start the client for you. Log in with your username/2FA authenticator (passcode) and then your normal username/password, and then click connect.

To establish the 2FA authentication, you will require a YubiKey or a Mobile Authenticator App.
